Did this video help you?

grigoris mitropoulos: THANK YOU!

Mainul Mike: Please u have to explain this clearly...."What is the difference between applying fx in input channel And applying fx in send channel...."

James Purdie: What's the difference of using send effects and or simply adding them as insert

Michael B: Whilst I appreciate your efforts, I do feel this is like so many 'tutorials' on YouTube in so much that it sounds more like a rambling dialogue than a tutorial. I feel you should get straight to it, but explain things a little slower so we have time to keep up. For example 1) Create an audio track, 2) open an effect in the track inspector for that track 3) open the mixer 4) right click within it 5) select Add FX Channel from the options etc etc etc

Shesh Mehra: most easiest way to show this whole procedure . thanks a lot

G Drive: Hello
I learned mixing in Protools 12 HD, and i want to apply it in cubase 8.5 Pro
In Protools i made Aux tracks and i controled them by Master tracks
So i have many Aux tracks and Master tracks
How can i apply this in cubase please ?
Thank you

Helmuts Feldmanis: How to do this on MIDI truck?? Please???

LAmusicVlogs: Thankyou, saved me a lot of time!

Samzz: is there a benefit of doing it this way rather than just putting in in insterts

Lotus Justice: How do you open the mixer ?

trckfl1f2lds3: Thanks for the lesson!

Wilderness: Incredibly helpful. Thanks very much for uploading this!

DEADASTRONAUTFX: how did i not do this ages ago.....thanks man. now i have great live reverb and delays for just jamming with...cool.

Preet desai: Very clearly explained and helpful. Thank you.I have one question. What is the technical difference between the following two. Taking the example as per your video.

1) We insert effect during the recording in the vocals track it self.
2) Inserting the Fx channel and adding all the effect in (send).

I know the utility but not the technicality. I did these and found that adding fx channel results in detailed and good quality effects. It would be great if you can tell that in professional audio recording(For movies and commercial album recordings) what is generallyused. 1) direct insert, 2) fx Channel or 3) Physical devices of reverb delay etc.

Martin Harth: Very good tutorial, thank you!Clear to understand...

Milton Daniel: thank you sir !!!

Jason Maarsseveen: Okay.., but how does this work with distortion pedals? The noise gate should be connected with overdrive, distortion and fuzz pedals, but "they" say those pedals shouldnt be in the fx loop but directly into the amp. Help!?
